Pandan Balls Recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 cups malagkit rice
2 1/2 cups water
4 pieces pandan leaves
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup MILO

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook malagkit in 2 1/2 cups of water and pandan leaves for about 25 minutes.
  2. Then add in the condensed milk, mix well and cook for 10 more minutes.
  3. Cool and form about 1 heaping tbsp. rice into balls.
  4. Sprinkle with MILO and serve.
