INGREDIENTS
1 Kg. Pork Shoulder (cubed)
1/4 Kg. Pork Liver (cubed)
6 pieces Calamansi
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
4 cloves Garlic
1 piece Onion
1 liter Water
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 pieces Chinese Chorizo
1 pack (115 gms) Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Knorr seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together the soy sauce and calamansi juice and divide into two.
- Marinate the pork and liver separately in calamansi/soy sauce for an hour.
- Saute the garlic and onion and add the pork, cook until slightly fried.
- Add the tomato sauce, sugar and the marinade.
- Pour in water and simmer for 40 - 45 minutes or until the meat is fork tender and the sauce thick.
- Add the chorizo and pork liver and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with steamed white rice and enjoy!
