INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large fresh pizza dough
- 1 pound of bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound of sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, oregano-- mixed together
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Sauté bulk sausage in a large pan-- breaking up into little pieces
- Drain sausage
- Roll dough into a large rectangle
- Spread the sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese on the dough
- Roll up jelly roll style, make sure your ends are tucked in
- Place onto a greased sheet pan with the seam down
- Coat with a thin layer of olive oil
- Sprinkle salt mixture on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool before slicing
