Beef Meatballs with Mushroom

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ground beef – 700 g (1.54 lb.)
  • Mushrooms – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
  • Green onion (sliced) - 3 stalks
  • Mushroom powder (optional) - 4 tbsp.
  • Onion rings – 1 PC.
  • Egg – 1 PC.
  • Butter – 50 g (1.76 oz.)
  • Parsley (chopped) - 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper (ground) - 1/4 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Bouillon cube – 1/2 PC. (vegetable flavor)
  • Water – 300 ml (10.15 fl.oz.)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the beef in a medium-sized mixing bowl and season with the green onions, parsley, salt, ground pepper and egg and mix well.
  2. Form the mixture in a ball shape and set aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion rings, add the meatballs and stir very gently.
  4. Add mixed mushrooms and cover for 2 minutes.
  5. Dissolve mushroom powder in water and add to the meatballs.
  6. Bring to a boil over a low heat and simmer until sauce thickens and mushrooms are cooked.
