INGREDIENTS:
- Ground beef – 700 g (1.54 lb.)
- Mushrooms – 300 g (10.58 oz.)
- Green onion (sliced) - 3 stalks
- Mushroom powder (optional) - 4 tbsp.
- Onion rings – 1 PC.
- Egg – 1 PC.
- Butter – 50 g (1.76 oz.)
- Parsley (chopped) - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper (ground) - 1/4 tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Bouillon cube – 1/2 PC. (vegetable flavor)
- Water – 300 ml (10.15 fl.oz.)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place the beef in a medium-sized mixing bowl and season with the green onions, parsley, salt, ground pepper and egg and mix well.
- Form the mixture in a ball shape and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion rings, add the meatballs and stir very gently.
- Add mixed mushrooms and cover for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve mushroom powder in water and add to the meatballs.
- Bring to a boil over a low heat and simmer until sauce thickens and mushrooms are cooked.
