INGREDIENTS
Shrimps – 200 g (7.05 oz.)
Glass noodles – 100 g (3.53 oz.)
Onion (sliced) - 1/2 PC. (medium-sized)
Ginger (sliced) - 25 g (0.88 oz.)
Black pepper (ground) - a pinch
Green onion – 1 stalk
Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
Oyster sauce – 4 tbsp.
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
Water – 1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the noodles in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions, ginger and the garlic.
- Add the shrimps, water, oyster sauce, black pepper and bring to a boil until shrimps are half cook.
- Add the noodles and cook together for 2 minutes, switch off the stove, add the green onion, mix well and serve.
