Chicken With Cashew Nuts Recipe


INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast (sliced) - 500 g (1.10 lb.)
Cashew nuts – 100 g (3.53 oz.)
Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp.
Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp.
Onion (sliced) - 1/2 PC.
Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
Black pepper (ground) - a pinch
Butter – 1 tbsp.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan and melt the butter.
  2. Sweat the onions, add the garlic and cashew nuts and stir gently until cashew nuts are well toasted.
  3. Add the chicken, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper and stir thoroughly until chicken is cooked and serve.
