INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast (sliced) - 500 g (1.10 lb.)
Cashew nuts – 100 g (3.53 oz.)
Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp.
Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp.
Onion (sliced) - 1/2 PC.
Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
Black pepper (ground) - a pinch
Butter – 1 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan and melt the butter.
- Sweat the onions, add the garlic and cashew nuts and stir gently until cashew nuts are well toasted.
- Add the chicken, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper and stir thoroughly until chicken is cooked and serve.
