Garlicky Kangkong


INGREDIENTS:

  •  Kangkong leaves
  •  Chopped garlic
  •  1/3 cup Oyster sauce
  •  Dash of ground black pepper 


DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Wash the Kangkong leaves thoroughly. Place in a strainer. Set aside.
  2.  In a pan, saute the garlic until a little brown. Set aside half of it for garnish.
  3.  In the same pan, add the oyster sauce then the kangkong leaves.
  4.  Let simmer for 3 minutes. Add ground black pepper and your done!
