INGREDIENTS:
- Kangkong leaves
- Chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup Oyster sauce
- Dash of ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash the Kangkong leaves thoroughly. Place in a strainer. Set aside.
- In a pan, saute the garlic until a little brown. Set aside half of it for garnish.
- In the same pan, add the oyster sauce then the kangkong leaves.
- Let simmer for 3 minutes. Add ground black pepper and your done!
