INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small container left over white rice from an Asian restaurant
- 6 oz cooked pork diced (leftovers from making pork stock, you can use chicken or beef too)
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan heat sesame oil on medium to high heat.
- In the hot pan add onions, pork, garlic and jalapeno pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice. (you will need to break the rice down as it will be a hard brick when you take it out of the container). Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chili sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. You can add just about any meat or vegetable you want to this dish.
