INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 ears of corn on the cob
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the corn (still inside the husks) directly onto the oven rack. Roast for 30 minutes. Peel down the husks then use as a handle when eating. Serve slathered with the garlic butter then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
