INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kl. Pork shoulder sliced thinly
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 pieces medium onions (diced)
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup garbanzos
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp. Pickle Relish
- 1 cup Banana Catsup
- Pan fry the meat in oil until slightly browned, then remove from oil and set aside.
- Saute the garlic and onion in the same pan.
- Put the meat back in the pan and add soy sauce, then tomato paste. Stir and cook for a couple minutes.
- Add some water, and let it cook until the liquid is reduced to half and the meat is tender.
- Mix in the pickle relish, green peas and garbanzos.
- Add the tomato catsup and thicken the sauce with bread crumbs.
- Serve with rice.
