INGREDIENTS:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 12 ounces penne
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- garlic salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Begin by seasoning each chicken breast with the Cajun seasoning. Season each side of the chicken breast and pat or rub it in.
- Place chicken breast on the grill or in a greased skillet keeping it at medium-high heat and cook on both sides for 10 minutes or until well done.
- Set aside while the pasta is cooking.
- Prepare the pasta as instructed per the package.
- While the pasta is draining, add in the cream cheese and milk to the stockpot keeping on low heat.
- Stir until the cheese has melted.
- Return pasta to the stockpot, mixing with the cheese.
- Add in garlic salt to taste.
- Serve chicken over the pasta.
