INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pc. small to medium or 1/2 pc. large upo, peeled, washed and sliced
- 1 pack fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 1/2 lb. cooked (by boiling) chicken meat, shredded
- 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc. medium red onions, sliced
- 1 pack Ginisa Mix
- cooking oil for sautéing
- Salt and Pepper to taste (may use fish sauce in lieu of salt)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Sauté garlic until brown, remove and take aside.
- Sauté onions using the remaining oil until clear.
- Add cooked chicken and continue o sauté until light brown.
- Add contents of ginisa mix. Mix well.
- Add sliced upo and continue to cook until little tender. Mix occasionally.
- Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with toasted garlic on the top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
