 Monay Putok

INGREDIENTS:

  • 700g flour
  • 7 1⁄2g instant dry yeast
  • 1cup water
  • 3⁄4cup white sugar
  • 2 3⁄4teaspoons iodized salt
  • 1⁄4cup butter
  • 1teaspoon bread improver
  • 1⁄8cup skim milk powder
  • 2medium eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. knead until gluten is fully developed.
  2. Rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Scale dough according to desired weight.
  4. Proof for at least 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
