INGREDIENTS:
- 700g flour
- 7 1⁄2g instant dry yeast
- 1cup water
- 3⁄4cup white sugar
- 2 3⁄4teaspoons iodized salt
- 1⁄4cup butter
- 1teaspoon bread improver
- 1⁄8cup skim milk powder
- 2medium eggs
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. knead until gluten is fully developed.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Scale dough according to desired weight.
- Proof for at least 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
