- 1 can canned corned beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium potato diced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- ¼ cup water
- Put oil in a pan over high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add and stir fry the diced potato till it turned golden brown.
- Remove the cooked diced potato from the pan and set aside. Save oil.
- With the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion till it's fragrant or just golden brown.
- Add the corned beef and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the water and let it simmer till water is almost gone. But don't let it go dry.
- Then, add the cooked diced potato.
- Mix until everything is fully combined.
- Season to taste.
- Serve with rice or dinner roll.
