  • 1 tbs. Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

For the marinade

  2. Mix it well and set aside.
Cooking Instructions for the main dish
  1. Heat 1 tbs. cooking oil and fry the Tokwa (tofu). It is important not to put too much oil at this point, otherwise you can get burned by popping cooking oil.
  2. After all the Tokwa is cooked, remove from the pan, and let it cool off before slicing it thinly.
  3. Add 2 tbs. cooking oil to the pan, brown, and cook the marinated chicken breast.
  4. Once it’s cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
  5. Now, with a clean pan heat 2 tbs. cooking oil in the pan and brown the garlic.
  6. Add onions when garlic is ready and allow the onions to cook for one minute.
  7. After that, add the sliced Tokwa, and allow it to cook for two minutes.
  8. After the two minutes, you can now add the cooked chicken breast, stir until well incorporated, and allow it to cook for two more minutes.
  9. Add the oyster sauce and adjust the taste with salt and pepper if needed.
  10. Add the bean sprouts, stir it well and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Serve with white steamed rice. Enjoy!
