Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken



INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 4 tbs Dijon-style mustard
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 1/2 tbs mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In small bowl mix all ingredients except chicken
  2. Remove 1/3 of the sauce for finishing. Spoon the remainder over the chicken.
  3. Allow to marinate 10 – 15 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade.
  5. Cook chicken on barbecue grill for 7 – 10 minutes per side, or until done, basting once, before turning, with marinade.
  6. When chicken is done, remove and slice.
  7. Spoon reserved sauce over the top and serve.
