Yakiniku Beef Tapa




INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 grams thinly sliced beef shortribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp iodized salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Oil, for cooking
  • Fried egg, for serving
  • Garlic rice, for serving
  • Atchara, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well, and marinade overnight in the fridge.
  3. Heat oil and cook beef in batches.
  4. Serve with rice, egg and atchara.
