- 1 Tbsp. grated onion with juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ Tbsp. roasted white sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk everything together.
- Drizzle on top of a simple salad of iceberg lettuce topped with tomatoes, boiled egg, wakame, cucumber and red radish.
