INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs beef round tip roast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 5-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- Using a deep bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar and stir well. Add the meat in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- Heat cooking oil in medium heat. Fry till meat turn brown. Serve hot over garlic rice and sunny side up egg.
