Beef Tapa



INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs beef round tip roast, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 5-6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Using a deep bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar and stir well. Add the meat in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  2. Heat cooking oil in medium heat. Fry till meat turn brown. Serve hot over garlic rice and sunny side up egg.
