Sinugno Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 whole tilapia fish
  • 1 inch ginger, crushed then chopped
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • mustard leaves (mustasa)
  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put a good amount of salt into the fish then grill. Put in a pan when done.
  2. Add ginger on top of the grilled fish. Pour coconut cream. Sprinkle chili flakes.
  3. Bring to a boil. Simmer until the sauce has reduced to half. Season with salt.
  4. Add mustard leaves then simmer until the leaves are cooked. Enjoy!
