INGREDIENTS:
- 2 whole tilapia fish
- 1 inch ginger, crushed then chopped
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- mustard leaves (mustasa)
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put a good amount of salt into the fish then grill. Put in a pan when done.
- Add ginger on top of the grilled fish. Pour coconut cream. Sprinkle chili flakes.
- Bring to a boil. Simmer until the sauce has reduced to half. Season with salt.
- Add mustard leaves then simmer until the leaves are cooked. Enjoy!
