- 2 cups Silken tofu
- 4 tbsp. Sago or Tapioca Pearl cooked
- Brown Sugar Syrup
- Warm the silken tofu and tapioca pearl in a microwaveable bowl 45 seconds to one minute.
- Remove excess water.
- Add 2 tbsp sugar syrup, adjust to your taste.
- Warm it again for another 30-45 seconds.
- Serve while still warm.NOTES
- To make the sugar syrup: heat 1 cup water in a saucepan till it’s boiling then add 1 cup sugar. Mix and simmer for 1 to minutes.
- You can use extra soft tofu if you can't find silken tofu.
