- Bangus - 1 whole (around 400-500 g) cut into 3-4 pcs
- Onion, diced - 1 med bulb
- Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
- Light Soy Sauce - 4 tbsp
- White vinegar - 6 tbsp
- Rich wash - 1/2 cup
- ground pepper
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Peppercorns
- Mix everything together in a pan and cook under low fire.
