Low Carb Catfish On The Grill Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 catfish filets, about 7 oz each and ½-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
Low Carb Catfish On The Grill Recipe
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Spray the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Get the grill medium-hot (about 350 degrees F).
  3. Put the butter, oil, garlic and chili flakes in a small pan and heat for a minute or until the butter melts.
  4. Take the pan off the heat.
  5. Brush half of this mixture over the catfish filets, then season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Grill for 4 or 5 minutes, with the lid down if your grill has one.
  7. Flip the filets and brush the rest of the butter mixture over them.
  8. Grill for another 4 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Serve immediately.
