- 4 oz unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 oz granulated sugar
- 3 oz brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6½ oz flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4-6 oz chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Add flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together until dough forms, about 1 minute.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
- Roll the dough into small bowls and place on a lined baking sheet. Place the sheet in the freezer for about 10 to 20 minutes until they are cold but not solid.
