INGREDIENTS:
- Green beans
- Bittergourd leaves or Spinach
- Pork
- Canola oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Salt or Fish sauce
- Boil green beans in a casserole until the beans pop.
- In a pan, saute crushed garlic and chopped onions in oil.
- Add pork strips and cook until golden brown.
- Then mix in the boiled green beans in the casserole.
- Add salt or fish sauce to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then top with spinach. I used as an alternative to bittergourd leaves because the latter is not available in the market.
- Let simmer for another minute, make sure that spinach is not overcooked.
- Serve with rice.
