Ginisang Munggo With Spinach Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • Green beans
  • Bittergourd leaves or Spinach
  • Pork
  • Canola oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Salt or Fish sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Boil green beans in a casserole until the beans pop.
  2. In a pan, saute crushed garlic and chopped onions in oil.
  3. Add pork strips and cook until golden brown.
  4. Then mix in the boiled green beans in the casserole.
  5. Add salt or fish sauce to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Then top with spinach. I used as an alternative to bittergourd leaves because the latter is not available in the market.
  7. Let simmer for another minute, make sure that spinach is not overcooked.
  8. Serve with rice.
