INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 thick slices of pineapple
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion and garlic powder. Pour mix into a large sealable bag with the pork chops. Seal and coat throughly. Marinate for at least 2 hours, turning the bag to redistribute the marinade.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish. Top with pineapple slices and bake for 30 minutes till chops get to 145 degrees internally.
- Let pork rest for a few minutes before serving.
