Beef Caldereta W/Coconut Milk Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 kilos Beef Kenchi (sliced)
  • 500 grams Del Monte Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 kilos white onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 pieces red bell pepper (strips)
  • 1/4 cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
  • 4-5 pieces chilli pepper finely chopped
  • black pepper to taste 


Beef Caldereta W/Coconut Milk Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Put the beef in a casserole.
  2. Add onion,black pepper,soy sauce,chili pepper.
  3. Put water enough to cover the meat. Boil.
  4. Once the meat has already been tender,add the tomato sauce,coconut milk,red bell pepper,simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
