INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kilos Beef Kenchi (sliced)
- 500 grams Del Monte Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 kilos white onions finely chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 pieces red bell pepper (strips)
- 1/4 cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
- 4-5 pieces chilli pepper finely chopped
- black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put the beef in a casserole.
- Add onion,black pepper,soy sauce,chili pepper.
- Put water enough to cover the meat. Boil.
- Once the meat has already been tender,add the tomato sauce,coconut milk,red bell pepper,simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
