INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 2 packs coconut cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- coconut oil
- food color
- yam extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the glutinous rice flour, coconut cream, sugar and condensed milk.
- Separate into different bowl in preparation for the coloring.
- Mix each colors in the batter.
- Grease the molder.
- Cover the steamer with a tea towel to avoid the water into the batter.
- Steam the first mixture with the first color for 15 minutes.
- Add the next mixture with different color and steam again for 15 minutes.
- Keep adding and steaming until all the batter is steamed.
- Top with latik.
- Serve.
