INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 lbs lechon, sliced
- half cup liver spread
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- half cup vinegar
- half cup bread crumbs
- pinch of salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cups pork broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring the pork broth to boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in 3-4 tbsp of warm water and add to the sauce.
- You can add as much sugar and salt depending on how sweet or salty you want your sauce to be.
- Pour the sauce over the sliced lechon.
