- 250 grams chicken wings
- 4 tablespoons sushi vinegar
- 2 tablespoons kikkoman soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pieces dried bay leaves, teared
- 4 tablespoons water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the olive oil in a frying pan and apply heat. Fry the garlic until it turns brown.
- Add the chicken wings. Brown the sides for about 3 minute.
- Pour-in the vinegar, soy sauce, water, black pepper, and bay leaves, then mix.
- Bring to a boil without covering.
- Flip the chicken after 5 minutes to expose the other side of the sauce.
- Flip the chicken until the sauce is dry. Fry the chicken for 2 more minutes.
- Serve with beer and enjoy!
- Alternative serving: You can also eat this with rice. This recipe makes two servings.
