Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 Grams spaghetti 
  • 150 Grams bacon 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 100 Grams grated Pecorino Romano cheese 
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil 
  • black pepper 
  • salt 

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • cut the bacon into strips
  • cook the spaghetti in salated water
  • beat the eggs in a bowl with grated pecorino romano cheese
  • brown the bacon in the oil in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes
  • drain the spaghetti and toss in pan with the bacon, add the beaten eggs and mix
  • serving the spaghetti alla carbonara with a sprinkling of black pepper
