INGREDIENTS:
- 400 Grams spaghetti
- 150 Grams bacon
- 4 eggs
- 100 Grams grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
- cut the bacon into strips
- cook the spaghetti in salated water
- beat the eggs in a bowl with grated pecorino romano cheese
- brown the bacon in the oil in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes
- drain the spaghetti and toss in pan with the bacon, add the beaten eggs and mix
- serving the spaghetti alla carbonara with a sprinkling of black pepper
