INGREDIENTS
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup water
3 cups freshly grated coconut with 2 cups sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Knead flour and water to form a smooth dough.
- With floured hands, pinch off 1 1/2 tablespoons and shape into a small patty 1/2″ thick.
- Repeat with remaining dough then place in a saucepan of boiling water until they float.
- Once floating, scoop out with a slotted spoon and drain.
- Place in a bowl along with coconut and serve.
