- 1 handfull of bulaklak ng katuray
- 1 tablespoon bagoong na isda (Fermented fish sauce)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- Onion for garnishing
- Remove the pistil or the long stem-like on the central portion of the katuray flower
- Cook the flower in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.
- Mix bagoong and vinegar
- Add the flower and mix.
- Serve cold.
