INGREDIENTS:
- 8 leg and thigh pieces
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Place all ingredients in a large resealable bag and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on a baking pan; discard the marinade.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
