INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- ⅓ cup grated carrots
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground peppercorn
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Spring roll pastry, separated
- 3 cups vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except pastry.
- Wrap in a spring roll pastry. For steps on how to wrap spring rolls.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides ( about 4-6 minutes).
- Drain and serve hot with a sweet chili sauce or ketchup as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!!!
