Gelatin with Raisins (Gulaman)



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pack 24 grams unflavored jelly powder mix
  • 6 cups of tap water
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pack raisins

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the gelatin powder in the water. Gently mix the powder until completely dissolved. Then add the sugar. Mix again until everything is completely dissolved and mixed.
  2. Heat the mixture in a low fire. Add the evaporated milk.
  3. Keep stirring until the milk is well-mixed.
  4. In a desired molding tray, arrange evenly the raisins. Then pour the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
