- 1 pack 24 grams unflavored jelly powder mix
- 6 cups of tap water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pack raisins
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the gelatin powder in the water. Gently mix the powder until completely dissolved. Then add the sugar. Mix again until everything is completely dissolved and mixed.
- Heat the mixture in a low fire. Add the evaporated milk.
- Keep stirring until the milk is well-mixed.
- In a desired molding tray, arrange evenly the raisins. Then pour the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
