INGREDIENTS:
- 10 chicken legs
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp hot chili flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season chicken legs with salt and place in slow cooker insert.
- In a small bowl, whisk sun-dried tomatoes, water, oil, tomato paste, garlic, Dijon, basil and chili flakes. Pour over chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Serve and drizzle additional liquid overtop as a sauce.
