INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- cooking oil
- hotdogs, sliced diagonally
- banana ketchup (this makes the dish a bit sweet)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute garlic and onion on cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add hotdog pieces and stir-fry for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Pour enough ketchup to coat the hotdog pieces. Mix.
- Cook for a couple more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice (for kids) or beer (for grown-ups!)
