INGREDIENTS:
- 400g pasta of choice
- 2 cans thick cream
- Crispy bacon cut into bits or bite size
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Cook pasta of your choice as per package instruction and set aside. For this recipe I love using the fusilli pasta.
- Mix eggs and cream in a bowl and stir slowly with egg beater or fork can do until well blended.
- Melt butter in a pan and fry bacons until crispy then set aside.
- Using the same pan, fry garlic until crispy.
- In slow fire, add the cooked pasta, bacon and pour the cream mixture
- Add pinch of salt and pepper. Mix and cook in 1-2 minutes in slow fire to prevent the eggs cooked like scrambled eggs.
