INGREDIENTS:
- Semi-ripe sweet and tangy apple mango
- Tomato
- Onion
- Cilantro or Celery stalk
- Soy sauce
- Hoisin Sauce
- Red chilli (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice mango and tomato into cubes.
- Chop onions and cilantro finely.
- In a medium bowl, toss the vegetables with enough soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Add chopped red chilli peppers, if desired.
- Serve with rice and fried or grilled dishes like fish, pork or steak.
