Mango Salad With Hoisin Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • Semi-ripe sweet and tangy apple mango
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Cilantro or Celery stalk
  • Soy sauce
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Red chilli (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Slice mango and tomato into cubes.
  2. Chop onions and cilantro finely.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the vegetables with enough soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
  4. Add chopped red chilli peppers, if desired.
  5. Serve with rice and fried or grilled dishes like fish, pork or steak.
