- 1 lb fresh or frozen squid, cleaned
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 tomatoes, chopped, (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Remove squid`s membrane, eyes and stomach.
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in oil.
- Add squid, vinegar and water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice.
