Filipino Ginisang Burong Isda (Sauteed Fermented Rice With Fish)  Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • Burong isda (dalag or hito)
  • onion, sliced
  • garlic, diced
  • cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a pan saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
  2. Add the burong isda.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve as a side with fried fish or with a vegetable dish such as pinakbet.
