INGREDIENTS:
- Burong isda (dalag or hito)
- onion, sliced
- garlic, diced
- cooking oil
- In a pan saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
- Add the burong isda.
- Mix well.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve as a side with fried fish or with a vegetable dish such as pinakbet.
