INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cans of mushrooms
- 1 lb of chicken breast cut in small pieces
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 3 tbsp of butter
- 1 onion chopped
- fresh dill
- 2 cups of water
- salt and pepper to taste
- To make this, in a deep pan, melt the butter and the chopped onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the chicken breast and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the mushrooms and 2 cups of water, add salt and pepper. In a small bowl whisk the sour cream with the flour and a tbsp of water. Add the sour cream mixture to the pan and stir well.
- Make sure the heat is on low, so that it doesn't burn, let this simmer for about 30 min. Add the fresh dill and serve warm.
