INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo pork sliced for barbecue
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate the pork with the remaining ingredients.
- Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours but better if this will be done overnight.
- Heat wok and stir fry the marinated pork.
- Continue until tender.
- Transfer in a greased and hot sizzling plate before serving.
