INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Wings (about 30)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Thoroughly rinse the chicken wings and set aside.
- In a spice shaker, mix all of the spice blend ingredients together. Give all of the wings a moderate to medium coat of the spice blend and set aside.
- Get a medium hot grill going and place the wings directly over the fire. You'll want to turn the wings often to keep them from burning. They should be done in about 15 minutes. NOTE: You can test this by inserting a meat thermometer. It should be about 155° F. (I know, not much meat there to be inserting a probe!)
- Remove and serve piping hot!
- Should easily serve 5.
