INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg chicken, sliced
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- whole pepper corn
- cooking oil
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Put the chicken and put some salt and pepper
- Stir fry until lightly brown in color.
- Put in the curry powder. Stir.
- Pour in coconut milk, stir , boil and simmer until liquid thickens.
- Put in bell pepper and put some fish sauce.
- Taste for your preference.
- Serve and Enjoy!
