INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo pork hocks
- 1 large onion - choped
- 1 clove of garlic - smashed and peeled
- 1 large can of pork and beans
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook pork hocks in a pot over medium heat until oil comes out.
- Saute garlic and onions in the same pot.
- Add pork and beans, brown sugar, tomato sauce and water.
- Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour over low heat until meat is tender.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve warm.
