Recipe For Pork And Beans With Pata Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kilo pork hocks
  • 1 large onion - choped
  • 1 clove of garlic - smashed and peeled
  • 1 large can of pork and beans
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook pork hocks in a pot over medium heat until oil comes out.
  2. Saute garlic and onions in the same pot.
  3. Add pork and beans, brown sugar, tomato sauce and water.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour over low heat until meat is tender.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
