Pindang Damulag Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 k. carabeef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. rock salt 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 
Pindang Damulag Recipe


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix together all ingredients. Let stand for one hour. Wash carabeef and bring to boil until tender. 
  2. Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool. Deep fry and serve.
