INGREDIENTS:
- 1 k. carabeef, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. rock salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix together all ingredients. Let stand for one hour. Wash carabeef and bring to boil until tender.
- Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool. Deep fry and serve.
