Pinoy Pansit Miki Guisado Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb miki noodles
  • 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/4 lb grilled pork belly, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons soysauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pinoy Pansit Miki Guisado Recipe
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Put-in chicken and cook it for around 3 minutes.
  3. Add the pork belly. Stir and cook for around 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the sherry and onions. Cook until onions becomes soft. Don't overcook the onions.
  5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Note: Add more water as necessary.
  6. Put-in the cabbage and carrots. Cook until vegetables are soft and tender.
  7. Put-in the miki noodles, and then stir. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Turn-off heat of the stove and transfer to a serving plate.
  9. That's it You're Done! Serve and Enjoy.
