Steamed Shrimp With Egg Tofu Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

  • One egg tofu
  • (Cooked) Shrimps and pees. You may need about 10 to 12 of them.
  • Soy sauce
Steamed Shrimp With Egg Tofu Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cut the tofu into 11 or 12 pieces with the same height and put them in a plate.
  2. Put the shrimps and pees on top. If the shrimps are not cooked, well, blanch it first. Just put them in boiling water for 30 seconds.
  3. Add a little of salt and steam for 5 minutes. If shrimps not cooked, steam for 8 minutes. Pour some soy sauce on top when serving.
